The Manager, Analytics & Reporting leads analytics for Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Providers, inventory management, and Trade & Distribution. This hands-on position builds dashboards, semantic models, and scorecards for clear action. You will partner with Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Market Access leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design reporting across pharmacy, distribution, inventory, orders, and shipments
- Build reusable Power BI dashboards, models, scorecards, and reports
- Define measures and translate requirements into technical designs
- Analyze trends, exceptions, risks, anomalies, and performance drivers




- Maintain governance, documentation, lineage, controls, and validation procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and five-plus years of relevant experience
- Hands-on Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power Query expertise
- Experience modeling large datasets and optimizing reporting performance
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, distribution, inventory, or commercial data
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills
