This Assistant Clinical Services Manager supports Clinical Resource Team operations and reports to the Clinical Services Manager. The position provides leadership to an inter-professional team while aligning program goals with the corporate strategic plan. It supports quality, safety, risk management, and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily Clinical Resource Team operations and program objectives
- Facilitate collaborative leadership across inter-professional team members
- Monitor quality, safety, risk, and performance indicators




- Coordinate operational issue resolution across the CRT program
- Chair nursing meetings and facilitate team huddles

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate Degree required; BScN preferred
- Positive-standing membership with a professional health college required
- Relevant Master's Degree preferred
- Effective communication, team building, and conflict resolution skills
- Quality, safety, risk-based critical thinking and priority-setting ability
