VHA Home HealthCare in Ontario seeks three Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for the Adult Visiting Program in the Central (North York) region. Positions include evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm with bi-weekly weekend rotation.

The program delivers in-home nursing care for adults 18+, requiring complex clinical skills (wound care, meds, IV, PICC/central lines, ostomy care, chemo management) and solid family support.
