As a Mechanical Designer/Engineer and Project Lead, you will manage small projects and their technical, scheduling, and project management activities. The work includes design, engineering reports, specifications, cost estimates, and coordination. You will also support client relationships, proposals, and project teams across HIDI’s integrated building services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage small mechanical projects and daily project group activities
- Plan schedules, resources, estimates, reports, and design specifications
- Coordinate and review project team technical work




- Prepare proposals and fee letters for Principal review
- Supervise technicians, technologists, and engineers; approve designs

Requirements:

- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- Three to five years of experience
- Strong design skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Project management, budgeting, and productivity improvement skills
- Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, and engineering software knowledge
