Key Responsibilities: Lead systems engineering throughout the full project lifecycle
Define and manage system and subsystem requirements
Oversee design, integration, verification, and validation
Conduct trade studies, technical reviews, and risk assessments




Guide multidisciplinary teams, customers, and junior engineers
Requirements: Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Six or more years of systems engineering experience
Knowledge of systems engineering processes and methodologies
Experience with EMI/EMC, MIL-STD requirements, and environmental qualification
Eligibility to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
Bring technical leadership, requirements expertise, and integration experience to Anti-Submarine Warfare systems in Halifax’s defence sector.
