Deliver primary health care in Redvers as a Nurse Practitioner, using assessment, treatment, and health promotion skills. Travel is required.
This full time regular position serves assigned populations through Redvers Health Centre’s Primary Care Sites. Working with physicians and multidisciplinary providers, you will provide health assessments, education, prevention, treatment, referrals, and community-focused care. The position supports Redvers and Carnduff communities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide primary health care services to assigned populations
Conduct health assessments and treatment interventions
Deliver health promotion and disease prevention education
Collaborate with physicians and other health care providers
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety
Requirements: Master of Nursing Nurse Practitioner degree
Three years of Registered Nurse experience
Registered or eligible with the CRNS
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificates
Apply primary care expertise, clinical decision-making, and collaboration skills while supporting patients across Redvers and Carnduff.
