Key Responsibilities

Manage and review working paper files for audits, review engagements, and compilations (Notice to Reader engagements).

Prepare and analyze financial statements, along with corporate and personal tax filings.

Lead client engagements, manage competing priorities, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Support tax planning, compliance, and related advisory services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior accounting staff.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment and identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

CPA designation or nearing completion of the CPA program.

Experience in public accounting, including exposure to financial statement preparation and tax compliance.

Strong technical accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.





Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

An interest in mentoring others and continuing to develop professionally.

Familiarity with TaxPrep and CCH software would be an asset but is not required.
