As Senior Engineering Manager, you will direct eight engineers and set the technical vision for Faire’s analytics platform. You will oversee ETL and ELT pipelines, foundational datasets, BI tooling, data quality, and AI-powered analytics tools. The platform serves Product Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Product Management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of eight engineers
Set platform technical vision, roadmap, and priorities
Maintain data integrity, security, privacy, and reliability




Build AI and LLM-powered analytics tooling
Partner with cross-functional data users and teams
Requirements: Eight-plus years engineering experience and three-plus leadership years
Experience operating data warehouses and ETL pipelines
Solid Python and SQL skills with current technical practice
Understanding of data processing performance, capacity, and cost trade-offs
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
