Reporting to the CTO, you will lead engineering and SaaS operations end to end. Own people, architecture, quality, delivery, production reliability, and customer outcomes across multiple products. CXT Software’s stack includes .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, SQL, MAUI, and Azure PaaS.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, hire, and develop directors, architects, and engineering teams
Make AI-assisted development, testing, review, and operations standard practice
Run engineering experiments with baselines and decision criteria
Own quality, releases, uptime, incidents, security operations, and cloud costs




Plan roadmaps and drive customer escalations toward root cause
Requirements: Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
12+ years engineering and 5+ years leadership experience
2+ years managing managers across multi-team organizations
Production AI assistant adoption experience with measured results
Remote distributed leadership and North American hours overlap
Lead AI-native engineering transformation while strengthening quality, delivery predictability, production reliability, and customer impact at CXT Software.
