Lead strategic sourcing for Loblaw’s Centre of Store business, applying supplier negotiations and analytical decision-making across Canadian retail.
As Senior Director, Sourcing, you will lead Sourcing Directors supporting purchasing for more than 3,000 stores. You will guide supplier evaluation, selection, relationships, quality specifications, emerging trends, and category strategy. The work includes cost inflation, supply forecasting, commodity management, competitive benchmarking, and global product innovation insights.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic supplier negotiations and supplier performance metrics
Oversee enterprise category negotiations to improve cost outcomes
Own end-to-end supplier RFP decisions and processes
Guide supplier selection through criteria and scorecards




Coach and mentor colleagues through career development
Requirements: Post-secondary business or supply management education, or equivalent experience
Five-plus years in procurement, category, supply chain, operations, or general management
Experience within the meat processing industry
Experience managing P&L;, financial models, and business plans
Strong collaboration, communication, and colleague development skills
