Lead enterprise IAM operations at Canada Life in Toronto, focusing on identity lifecycle management and identity security governance. This is a permanent full time leadership role.
The IAM Operations Manager oversees service delivery, control effectiveness, and cyber resilience across enterprise identity capabilities. The mandate combines IAM operations with identity security governance, threat reduction, and risk management. It covers provisioning, privileged access, CIAM, MFA, directory services, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: Lead provisioning, deprovisioning, access changes, and directory services
Manage teams, suppliers, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery
Oversee audits, compliance remediation, and access governance controls
Drive automation, continuous improvement,



and operational excellence
Develop identity metrics and executive reporting dashboards
Requirements: 10+ years managing enterprise IAM operations
Experience with IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, and Active Directory
Experience with cloud identity platforms
Knowledge of IAM governance, audits, risk, and compliance
Leadership experience with operational and security-focused teams
