The role will be responsible for demand generation, product marketing, brand positioning, content, digital marketing, customer marketing, and go-to-market strategy.The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership to generate pipeline, strengthen market positioning, and support continued growth across Canada and the United States.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that generate qualified enterprise and mid-market pipeline.* Own brand messaging, positioning, and overall go-to-market strategy.* Lead product launches for new technology, AI capabilities, and major platform releases.* Partner closely with Sales to improve pipeline quality, win rates, sales enablement, and account-based marketing initiatives.* Develop and oversee customer-facing content, including website copy, case studies, presentations, webinars, email campaigns, video, and thought leadership.* Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI tools.* Build digital marketing programs across paid, organic, email, social media, events, webinars, and partner channels.* Develop customer marketing programs focused on adoption, advocacy, referrals, retention, and expansion.* Lead, mentor,



and develop the existing marketing team while identifying additional capabilities needed as the organization grows.* Establish reporting and dashboards to measure campaign performance, conversion, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.* Represent the organization at conferences, customer events, webinars, and other industry engagements.**Qualifications*** Experience leading B2B SaaS marketing within a growth-stage organization.* Strong experience across demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, and go-to-market execution.* Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into transparent customer value.* Experience supporting enterprise sales through product marketing, sales enablement, and account-based marketing.* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, and modern AI-enabled marketing tools.* Strong understanding of marketing metrics, including pipeline generation, conversion, attribution, campaign performance, and ROI.* Healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare SaaS, or healthcare services experience is strongly preferred.* Experience building or scaling a marketing function is preferred.* Collaborative leadership style with experience working across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive teams.Click here to Register for our Talent NetworkEEO EmployerApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
