You will supervise two Site Merchandising Specialists and ensure alignment between marketing asks and in office execution. You’ll own end-to-end site operations, perform performance analysis, run A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing, creative, traffic, email, and development teams to deliver measurable improvements in conversion
