You will assess mergers, acquisitions, sales, minority investments, joint ventures, partnerships, and enterprise initiatives. The work spans strategic evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate strategic opportunities across Sun Life’s four pillars
Manage multifunctional due diligence throughout transaction lifecycles
Prepare approval materials for senior leaders
Build financial models for valuation and transaction analysis




Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
Requirements: Three to five years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, commerce, or related field
Complex financial modeling proficiency, including merger and discounted cash flow models
Knowledge of Canadian life insurance reporting and actuarial valuation
Solid communication, project management, and organizational skills
Bring transaction analysis, valuation, and strategic research expertise to Sun Life’s Toronto Corporate Development team.
