Key Responsibilities: Facilitate virtual training for new hires and specialty programs
Coordinate schedules, virtual sessions, access, attendance, and LMS administration
Administer knowledge checks, evaluations, and certification activities




Provide post-training coaching and on-the-job support
Share learning effectiveness feedback with program stakeholders
Requirements: Adult learning, classroom management, and learner engagement skills
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities
Three or more years leading, coaching, and supporting teams
Virtual training coordination and facilitation experience preferred
Adaptable, adaptable schedule and polished English communication required
