As Team Manager, Technical Affairs and Information Centre, you will serve as a recognized insurance subject matter expert for Quebec. You will support government bodies, media organizations, insurers, consumers, members, and industry partners. The position focuses on accurate information, public education, stakeholder support, and major loss response.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the association’s primary property and casualty insurance resource
Ensure technical information remains accurate, consistent, relevant, and standardized
Contribute to education, training, outreach, and awareness initiatives
Support citizens during emergencies, catastrophic losses,



and disasters
Guide Information Centre representatives and maintain operational continuity
Requirements: At least 10 years of progressive Quebec property and casualty insurance experience
Full bilingual proficiency in French and English
Extensive home, liability, commercial, and automobile insurance knowledge
Ability to simplify complex technical information for wide-ranging audiences
Strong presentation, training, and technical spokesperson capabilities
