This Associate supports appropriate AML documentation for Capital Markets and cross-operating group customers. Reporting to the Vice President, KYC Requirements & Outsourcing, you will research documentation gaps, flag risks or opportunities, and guide Analysts. The role strengthens process quality through collaboration with business partners and AML teams.
Key Responsibilities: Research documentation gaps and propose practical solutions
Flag risks and opportunities affecting KYC processes
Direct Analysts performing KYC tasks
Guide team members and business partners
Communicate with clients and senior stakeholders
Requirements: Five or more years of KYC or Customer Outreach experience
Deep knowledge of international KYC regulations
Understanding of AML governance and record-keeping requirements
Familiarity with risk management frameworks
Robust Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel knowledge
Bring AML KYC expertise, documentation research, stakeholder communication, and Analyst guidance to BMO Capital Markets customers.
