As Manager, Internal Audit and ICFR Testing, you will execute IT testing for HOOPP's ICFR program and support the Internal Audit Plan. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business groups to identify risks, recommend control improvements, and influence decisions. The position requires robust audit expertise, communication skills, and the ability to present complex issues to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute IT testing for the ICFR program
- Evaluate controls mitigating IT and business risks
- Prepare high-quality audit working papers
- Develop practical action plans with client management




- Monitor remediation and report audit observations accurately

Requirements:

- Undergraduate accounting, finance, or related business degree
- CA, CPA, CGA, or CMA and CISA designations
- Eight years executing and leading relevant internal audits
- Expert knowledge of internal controls and ITGCs
- Strong understanding of Internal Auditing Standards, GAAP, C-SOX, and COSO
