Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited seeks a Facility Assistant (Maintenance) for its Grain division. You will support facility operation, production targets, customer service, and leadership for other Facility Assistants. The work covers grain and fertilizer equipment, preventative maintenance, repairs, documentation, and safe operating procedures. Grain industry knowledge and elevator equipment experience are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance, repairs, and project work on facility equipment
- Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machinery malfunctions
- Clean, lubricate, and perform preventative maintenance




- Operate loaders, forklifts, and locomotives as required
- Maintain safe operating procedures and corresponding documentation

Requirements:

- Ticketed Millwright qualification
- Knowledge of grain grading factors and elevator equipment
- Experience maintaining and repairing grain elevator equipment
- Valid driver's license and adaptable work schedule
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds repeatedly
