Salesforce Loyalty Cloud expertise drives this freelance role at MLSE, supporting integrations, member programs, and fan engagement across Toronto sports brands.

The Senior Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Administrator/Developer supports administration, configuration, development, troubleshooting, and optimization. You will translate requirements with business and technical stakeholders while delivering loyalty capabilities across MLSE’s ecosystem. The work includes Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and related platform capabilities
- Configure loyalty programs, currencies, tiers, rewards, vouchers, and referrals
- Develop Salesforce processes using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Support integrations, event ingestion, journeys,



and transaction processing
- Investigate errors, discrepancies, automation issues, and reported incidents

Requirements:

- Extensive hands-on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation experience
- Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, security, and production support experience
- Robust Apex, SOQL, SOSL, API, and integration development experience
- Experience with loyalty enrollment, accrual, redemption, tiers, and benefits
- Salesforce certifications or Loyalty Management credentials are assets
