As District Vice President, you will help grow market share, improve customer experiences, and implement national and regional strategies. You will lead Branch Managers and colleagues, strengthen advice and service, and contribute to regional leadership. The role supports personal and small business banking across New Brunswick.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree and ten or more years’ relevant management experience
- Experience leading teams in distribution channels
- Demonstrated coaching, mentorship, and talent development experience
- Knowledge of operational excellence and consumer banking strategies
- Availability to travel across Metro East or Metro West
