Design energy systems as an Electrical Engineer with Stanley Consultants in a hybrid office role across Austin, Denver, Minneapolis, or Muscatine. Apply analysis and modeling skills.

This Electrical Engineer position supports wide-ranging energy projects for industrial, water/wastewater, federal, and power generation clients. You will manage other discipline engineers while developing electrical designs, studies, and specifications. Renewable systems, microgrids, battery storage, and photovoltaic systems are growing areas within the consulting portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies
- Engineer microgrid, battery storage, and photovoltaic electrical systems
- Design medium- and low-voltage distribution systems




- Develop engineering drawings and specifications under the NEC
- Manage other discipline engineers across project assignments

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Two to eight years of experience
- Industrial, water/wastewater, federal, or power generation experience
- Experience with ETAP, SKM, Easypower, AGI, or Visual Lighting
- FE or PE depending on experience level
