Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years operational experience in Canadian Tire or equivalent retail
- Five years of people management experience
- Experience leading and developing high-performing operational field teams
- Ability to influence outcomes without authority
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
