Roska DBO seeks a Special Operator for North Clearwater field and facility operations. This role requires well start-up, pipeline operations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and regulatory knowledge. You will coordinate with Lead Operators, Production Foreman, Engineering, Construction, and Integrity teams while supporting operational readiness and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead new well and pad start-ups through stabilization
- Review drawings and identify construction deficiencies
- Commission temporary equipment and operational integrations
- Complete readiness inspection reports and documentation
- Maximize facility uptime across assigned areas

Requirements:

- 10+ years oil and gas experience
- 5+ years field operations experience
- Robust well start-up and facility commissioning experience
- Pipeline operations and troubleshooting experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
