Coordinate maintenance parts at BW Gold’s Blackwater Mine using inventory control and supplier coordination in central British Columbia. Work a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation.

Reporting to the Senior Fixed Maintenance Planner, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator supports fixed plant maintenance activities. You will coordinate parts, materials, tools, and supplies while maintaining accurate records. The position requires purchasing software experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and solid organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport urgent parts for maintenance and repair activities
- Receive, verify, organize, and distribute maintenance materials
- Track delayed parts and expedite backorders
- Source parts from approved vendors and obtain pricing




- Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and inventory documentation

Requirements:

- Two or more years in parts coordination or inventory management
- Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes
- Experience with inventory, enterprise resource planning, or purchasing software
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work remote camp rotations and twelve-hour shifts
