The Senior Human Resources Generalist independently advises leaders on employee relations, recruitment, accommodations, and return-to-work matters. You will support approximately 69 employees across multiple provinces, including Quebec, while delivering people programs and interpreting employment legislation. The role suits an experienced practitioner comfortable working with limited HR support.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on performance, attendance, conduct, accommodation, and conflict
Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend outcomes




Lead recruitment from shortlisting through offer and acceptance
Manage accommodation and return-to-work planning
Draft policies, handbooks, and operating procedures
Requirements: Post-secondary education in human resources
Six to eight years of progressive human resources experience
Independent employee relations experience
Knowledge of employment, human rights, and privacy legislation
CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
Bring independent employee relations judgment, recruitment expertise, and legislative knowledge to Parkinson Canada’s remote HR function.
