Lead commercial collections litigation strategy at Enova in a hybrid position, advising on recovery, legal risk, and outside counsel performance.
As Commercial Litigation Recovery Lead, you will advise on collections policy and operational risk. You will direct routine and complex litigation for defaulted small business loans. The role supports Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Analytics while reporting to the Recovery Litigation Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Manage outside law firms and collection agency relationships
Direct litigation strategy and post-judgment recovery remedies
Ensure compliance with federal and state law
Develop recovery strategies with Collections, Fraud, Legal, and Analytics
Lead efficiency, training, reporting,



and quality-control projects
Requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Three to five years of relevant commercial collections experience
Exposure to outside counsel or third-party vendor management
Knowledge of debt collection and judgment enforcement laws
Robust negotiation, judgment, communication, and project-management skills
Apply commercial litigation, recovery strategy, and partner-management expertise to Enova’s small business loan portfolios.
