Lead enterprise risk oversight for TMX in Toronto, applying risk governance and analytical skills through a hybrid, two-to-three-day office model.
This senior ERM leader advises leadership and independently challenges first-line operations across regulated financial services. The work covers operational, strategic, financial, and regulatory risk. You will guide risk appetite governance, assessments, scenario analysis, vendor surveillance, and executive reporting across TMX Group.
Key Responsibilities: Provide second-line oversight and challenge to business units
Enhance ERM policies, frameworks, and risk appetite statements
Lead risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing
Monitor vendors, emerging threats, KRIs, and risk incidents




Prepare dashboards and presentations for executives and Board committees
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive risk management experience
Experience in capital markets or regulated corporate environments
Expertise across operational, financial, and strategic risk
Solid communication, influence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
GRC platform experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree
Shape TMX risk governance through executive advisory, scenario analysis, GRC systems, and forward-looking enterprise risk oversight.
