Responsibilities Advise clients on a variety of corporate and commercial law matters
Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements
Participate in corporate reorganizations
Lead or play an active role in mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions




Collaborate with team members on complex and challenging matters
Maintain high standards of quality and client service
Requirements Approximately eight years of relevant experience in corporate and transactional law
Strong experience with shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements
