Drive lease renewals and client retention as a Lease Portfolio Manager with Woodbridge Hyundai, working onsite in Woodbridge, Ontario. Use database development and automotive finance expertise daily.
As part of Lithia and Driveway, this full time position manages lease, finance, and service-drive opportunities through client databases. You will promote cash, lease, and finance renewals while explaining dealer options and supporting a customer-focused retail environment. The position reports to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Call customers about leasing services and renewal options
Develop business through lease, finance, and service databases
Establish client retention processes and maintain retention ratios
Review agreements, vehicle options, pricing,



and payment terms
Organize appointments and accounts in One-Eighty
Requirements: Two or more years in a similar capacity
Valid OMVIC License and Ontario Driver's License
Clean driver's abstract and automotive lease administration experience
Excellent English communication and customer service skills
Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, One-Eighty, or CDK experience
Bring lease administration, customer communication, and portfolio retention skills to Woodbridge Hyundai's automotive renewal business in Ontario.
