Key Responsibilities: Set strategic direction for the Energy Group across Western Canada
Lead Team Leads and strengthen succession, development, and retention planning
Align workforce supply with project demand and opportunity pipelines
Uphold safety, ethics, compliance, technical quality,



and delivery standards
Support pursuits, operational reviews, and cross-business collaboration
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
Alberta Professional Engineer designation or eligibility for registration
15+ years in energy, resources, utilities, or related sectors
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering or operational teams
Solid Western Canadian Energy and Resources market understanding
