Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously
Develop schedules, forecasts, reports, and project budgets
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors,



suppliers, and project resources
Prepare change orders, claims, RFIs, and change notices
Requirements: Minimum five years’ heavy civil project management experience
Degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management
Experience with sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and road reconstruction
Robust understanding of municipal specifications and standards
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
