As EverCommerce’s Staff Engineer, you will connect Finance, Human Resources, Sales Operations, and CRM systems. You will translate operational needs into architectures, develop production-ready solutions, and guide delivery from discovery through deployment. The work spans Java 17/21, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, AWS, and integration platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise software solutions
Lead architecture reviews and strengthen code quality practices
Develop Java microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems




Build internal dashboards and workflow automation tools
Mentor engineers across distributed technical teams
Requirements: At least eight years of software engineering experience
Two years in Staff, Technical Lead, or comparable leadership
Advanced Java 17/21 and Spring Boot experience
Solid AWS cloud and serverless architecture experience
