As Project Manager, you will deliver assigned projects and manage their business rhythm, governance, and customer commitments. You will prepare schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports for complex Firm Fixed Price or Service based contracts. The anticipated scope supports Thales Canada Defence & Security’s LC4ISR Project.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, lead, and control assigned project areas
Establish project governance and business rhythm
Track cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and scope changes
Manage customer and stakeholder relationships




Lead integrated cross-disciplinary project teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant experience
Project management certification, such as IPMA or PMP
At least five years in engineering or defence
At least three years managing complex projects or work packages
Eligibility for required export authorizations and Canadian NATO Secret clearance
