Report operational KPIs to senior leadership
Requirements: 5–7+ years’ group benefits claims adjudication experience
3–5 years’ people leadership experience
Experience redesigning claims or administration workflows
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
