As a Product Operations Specialist, you will support software product organizations through planning, development, validation, release, and in-market operations. You will design operating frameworks, improve workflows, and generate insights that strengthen delivery consistency. Collaboration spans Product, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities: Design and improve product delivery and execution frameworks
Identify process friction, tooling gaps, and data-quality issues
Maintain reporting structures, metrics, dashboards, and definitions
Improve planning, lifecycle management, and release readiness




Analyze trends and recommend scalable operational improvements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Five-plus years in Product Operations or related disciplines
Experience supporting software, SaaS, or technology products
Cross-functional process improvement and stakeholder influence experience
Experience with metrics, reporting, workflows, and automation tools
Bring product operations, process improvement, and analytical expertise to strengthen execution across Kinaxis product teams.
