Machina Labs seeks a Robotics Automation Engineer in Test to define quality strategy for robotics and industrial automation software. You will validate release candidates, support deployments, and approve or block production releases. The work spans physical systems, software, controls, and automation interfaces.
Key Responsibilities: Define quality strategy across ROS2, C++, Python, TwinCAT, and PLCs
Maintain test plans, validation procedures, and release criteria
Execute smoke, system validation, and acceptance testing
Approve or block official production releases




Automate testing workflows and improve validation coverage
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or comparable practical engineering experience
Experience writing software test scripts or test code
Hands-on automated testing framework or tool experience
Ability to debug software and automation interfaces
Robust problem-solving and communication skills
Bring robotics engineering, automated testing, and release validation expertise to Machina Labs production automation systems.
