Apply large language models to business challenges at TechInsights, building agents, retrieval, integrations, and interfaces from Ottawa’s onsite office.
This Applied AI Solutions Architect role connects customer and analyst needs with practical production systems. You will define requirements, select suitable building blocks, and collaborate with Product, UX, Site Reliability Engineering, and fellow Architects. Claude Code and other AI coding tools support rapid, reviewed delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Uncover pain points with Product Managers, analysts, and customers
Phase work to deliver value incrementally
Choose agents, tools, retrieval, integrations, and human review
Use AI coding tools while checking security and correctness




Define testing with Quality Assurance and testing agents
Requirements: Computer science, engineering degree, or equivalent experience
Experience building LLM agents, tools, and retrieval
Strong solution architecture or solutions engineering background
Explicit communication with technical and executive stakeholders
Experience with Claude Code is an asset
Use LLM architecture, AI-assisted coding, and stakeholder communication to deliver validated solutions for TechInsights customers.
