As Manager, Enterprise at BrainStation, you will guide C-suite and business leaders through organization-wide AI transformation. You will advise AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data executives on industry opportunities, products, and customer experiences. This client-facing role combines strategic direction, engagement leadership, and relationship growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead engagements from scoping through recommendations and roadmaps
Own daily client relationships and advise executive stakeholders
Design target-state capabilities and digital operating models




Direct multi-workstream delivery and review executive-level deliverables
Develop proposals, business cases, and follow-on engagements
Requirements: Five to eight years of client-facing skilled experience
Experience leading enterprise or corporate engagements end to end
Current perspective on AI, digital technology, and transformation
Strong executive presence and complex problem-solving ability
Hybrid availability with four or more office days weekly
Bring enterprise advisory leadership, AI perspective, and executive communication skills to BrainStation’s global transformation engagements.
