Key Responsibilities: Develop and serve an existing client base
Advise on complex corporate structures, partnerships, and joint ventures
Manage asset and share acquisitions
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements
Advise on financing, governance, and strategic corporate matters
Requirements: 10 or more years of relevant transactional experience
