You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee design, inspections, cost estimates, tender documentation, and construction support for transportation structures including bridges and retaining walls.
The role emphasizes client relationship building, thought leadership, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to influence project delivery and pursue design-build/PPP
