Key Responsibilities: Prepare and handle penal prosecution matters before municipal courts
Represent prosecuting parties and provide strategic file oversight
Draft statements of offence, proceedings, opinions, and recommendations
Advise municipalities on regulation application and enforcement
Collaborate on land use and urban planning matters
Requirements: Member in good standing of the Québec Bar
At least five years’ relevant penal law experience
Experience in prosecution or court representation
Solid analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel
Bring penal prosecution, municipal advisory, and drafting expertise to court representation and regulatory matters across Greater Quebec City.
