Bring models from proof-of-concept into production
Design A/B and multivariate experiments
Advise cross-functional and executive stakeholders
Requirements: 2+ years leading, mentoring, and growing data scientists
6+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI development
Proven record shipping machine learning models into production
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Robust machine learning background and partnership skills
Shape applied AI at scale through people leadership, experimentation, production machine learning, and cross-functional partnership at Homebase.
