This full-time Project Manager role oversees construction consulting and management, cost estimating, and schedule and delay consulting assignments. You will interface with clients and project stakeholders while managing multidisciplinary teams. The work includes estimates, construction audits, project costs, reports, and finances across diverse projects.

Analyze and reconcile estimates and project cost audits
Requirements: Five to ten years in construction quantity surveying, estimating, or cost management
Experience managing estimator teams and developing detailed estimates
Recognized construction management, engineering, or related technical qualification
MRICS, PQS, PMP, CIQS, or similar qualification
Strong organizational, problem-solving, independent, and cooperative skills
