As an Associate, Advisory, you will operate enterprise accounts and deliver strategic consulting for industrial emitters. You will coordinate project teams, manage recurring work, and guide clients across compliance and voluntary carbon markets. ClearBlue Vantage supports position optimization, reporting, and actionable decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recurring position updates, filings, deadlines, and reporting cycles
Lead client meetings, agendas, follow-through, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate Analysts, transaction support, and market intelligence colleagues
Develop compliance, procurement, allocation,



and exposure recommendations
Support renewals, scoping, budgeting, and account expansion opportunities
Requirements: Approximately five to eight years in advisory, consulting, or professional services
Independent ownership of client relationships and recurring meetings
Working knowledge of at least one carbon compliance program
Strong quantitative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualified experience
Bring client leadership, carbon market knowledge, and quantitative judgment to ClearBlue Markets’ enterprise advisory accounts in Toronto.
