Our Edmonton client seeks a Senior Service and UX Designer for enterprise digital services, modernization projects, and public-facing web platforms. You will shape service models through research, prototyping, accessibility, and collaboration. The initial contract lasts 12 months.
Key Responsibilities: Lead human-centered design across digital platforms and public portals
Plan research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
Create journey maps and service blueprints
Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, architecture, and prototypes
Apply WCAG 2.2 AA and conduct design reviews
Requirements: Senior UX or Service Designer experience leading web initiatives
Proficiency with prototyping, wireframing, and journey mapping
Experience building enterprise design systems
Solid user research and usability evaluation background
Experience with Agile teams and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Bring senior service design, UX research, accessibility, and prototyping expertise to Edmonton’s public digital initiatives.
