Key Responsibilities: Design machine learning system and model architectures
Conduct rigorous experimentation and model evaluations
Apply AI/ML to diverse product problems
Contribute to Atlassian Intelligence features
Develop AI solutions for enterprise impact
Requirements: Computer Science or relevant technical bachelor's degree
Full time doctorate enrollment with August 2027 graduation
Strong foundation in AI/ML, LLMs, and optimization
Research, publishing, and large-scale model development experience
Python, PyTorch, and machine learning framework proficiency preferred
