As a Senior GTM Program Manager, you will work within GTM Performance & Strategy. You will manage market expansion, Current Product Introduction, acquisitions, and GTM transformation. Success requires cross-functional leadership, channel-led GTM experience, and practical operating mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional programs from definition through execution
Translate ambiguity into outcomes, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Coordinate launches through formal NPI stage gates
Build operating rhythms providing visibility and accountability




Prepare executive updates covering tradeoffs and decisions
Requirements: Six-plus years in strategic program management or related work
Experience within technology or SaaS organizations
Channel-led or channel-centric go-to-market experience
Experience leading complex programs with senior executives
Experience using AI, automation, and program-management tools
Apply strategic leadership, NPI coordination, and AI-enabled execution to advance 1Password’s go-to-market priorities across Toronto or Austin.
