This regular, hourly position supports clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will recommend suitable products, perform customized makeup and skincare services, demonstrate application techniques, and deliver welcoming service. The work also includes bookings, rebooking, beauty trends, brand launches, and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client beauty goals and recommend suitable products
- Perform customized makeup applications and skincare treatments
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines
- Handle beauty service bookings and rebooking
- Participate in Sephora sales and promotional events
Requirements:
- One to three years’ retail sales or services experience
- Knowledge of trending beauty products
- Passion for client service and selling
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Versatile peak-hour availability and ability to lift 50 pounds
