The Pursuit Manager leads proposals through their full lifecycle across practice areas and sectors. You will work with lawyers, Canadian offices, and global offices to create consistent, skilled client responses. The role also supports business development, standard content, and proposal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage major client and new business pursuit processes
- Draft, edit, proof, and secure proposal sign-off
- Develop proposal structures, presentations, and standard content
- Research market, industry, competitive, and business information
- Analyze feedback and improve future proposal quality

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in marketing or business development
- Proposal experience, preferably within a legal services firm
- Strong research, writing, proofreading, and detail skills
- Advanced Word and Microsoft Office package skills
- Bilingual English and French communication abilities
